We would love for you to stay with us Friday and Saturday nights at the Lodge. There are limited rooms so please book ASAP using the booking link for discounted room rates on the "Travel" page. There are other accommodations nearby including Airbnbs and some hotels. We will be updating the "Travel" page with more options soon.
Yes! You can check into the lodge as early as 3pm on Friday, and we will host welcome drinks in the lobby from 7pm-9pm. We'd suggest you have dinner beforehand, as places tend to close early in the area. Check the "Things to Do" section for recommendations nearby or on the way, including Mable's the onsite restaurant. Reservations highly recommended. On Sunday, we are planning on having an casual gathering at Crooked Goat Brewery in Petaluma from 12pm to 3pm.
So many things!!! The Bay Area during summer is truly spectacular and we encourage you all to make a trip out of it if you can. Please see our "Things to do" page for a list of our favorite places and recommendations.
Formal/Cocktail Attire, or whatever makes you feel good! The Bay Area weather fluctuates from sunny and hot during the afternoon to cooler and sometimes windy at night, so we encourage you to bring layers. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and dinner and dancing will be in a tent/indoors. Please also note that because our venue is on a state park, there might be spots where the ground is unstable and therefore high heels should be worn with caution.
While we truly love your little ones, we are hoping to keep the wedding celebration focused on an evening for adults to relax and enjoy. We understand that arranging childcare can be complex and don’t want this to be a barrier to anyone attending. If this presents any challenges, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to talk through options together.
There are 66 parking spots on site to accommodate all of the guests staying at the Lodge and those attending the wedding. Please carpool if possible.
Yes! We can accommodate vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please specify any allergies or dietary restrictions upon RSVPing so we can work with the catering company.
