To best prepare for the celebratory weekend regarding COVID, we recognize that the COVID situation - concerns, risks, and facts - is ever-evolving. We hope our response to COVID allows for guests to be gathering with us safely and comfortably. 1) We are asking all guests come fully vaccinated. 2) We are holding all wedding events either outside or with an option of being outdoors. 3) The vaccination rate in Wyoming is 37%. We share this statistic so that guests can make informed decisions regarding celebrating with us. *See Home Page for general COVID announcement*

In general, high altitude weather is unpredictable. That said, in September, you can expect a lot of sunshine and mild temperatures. Late summer temperatures are generally in the 70s during the day and 50s at night. The wind is a constant companion in this area and it can get chilly and be rainy.
See the Weekend Schedule Tab for information about wedding activity attire. In general, we are hoping to keep things festive and comfortable. We do not recommend high heels for the wedding events as we will be on dirt and meadow surfaces for most events. Suits are not necessary, but jackets are recommended. During the day, we recommend jeans, hiking pants and shirts, sun shirts, and layering up during both the day and evening. Hiking shoes/boots are recommended for those wandering the trails. Don’t forget a sweatshirt or sweater and rain coats.
Sunscreen is a must and water bottles are very helpful. Be sure to bring a hat for the constant sunshine. Binoculars are great as you will definitely see some wildlife.
We recommend taking it easy at the start of your visit in order to acclimate to the elevation. It can take you by surprise and you may be tired or find it a bit hard to catch your breath. That’s natural!
Yes, after the wedding they will be called The Maggies O'Keeffe.
