We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Durango! If you’re joining us for “Before I Do” (August 5th) through the Tornaboda (after party), we recommend traveling August 4th to August 11th so you have enough time to enjoy all the main wedding festivities. For anyone who wants a little extra adventure while you’re in the area, we’re also planning a group trip to Mazatlán from August 9th to August 12th 🤎 Mazatlán is a true coastal gem with a more virgin beach vibe, rich Mexican culture, incredible seafood, and beautiful sunsets. It’s about a 3.5-hour drive from Durango. If you’d like to join the Mazatlán group trip, plan to travel August 4th to August 13th. Lodging tip (Mazatlán guests): please book your Durango hotel through August 9th check-out, then book another Durango stay for August 12th, allowing you to check out August 13th and head home. Transportation: Group transportation will be provided to and from Mazatlán to make travel easy and safe. Mazatlán also has an international airport, so you may arrange to travel home directly from there if you prefer. Mazatlán hotel details will be shared before the end of January. These suggested dates assume you’re taking a direct Volaris flight from Chicago to Durango, which typically operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If you’re flying with another airline or using a different route, your dates may be more flexible please choose what works best for your itinerary and availability. Please make sure you RSVP for each event individually.
