What is the mask policy?

Answer

Masks are currently required by the state of Ohio as part of their existing mandate.  All guests, staff and vendors are currently required to wear face coverings when in the museum. Everyone will be permitted to remove their masks while seated for dinner.  Masks need to be worn while moving around the room.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track and in accordance with the state of Ohio's Covid-19 regulations on the number of guests permitted for an indoor event, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are kids invited?

We love your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

You will be able to indicate any allergies when you RSVP. We want you to be safe and comfortable!

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! There is a free parking adjunct to the museum. Transportation to and from the hotel will also be provided for any guests who prefer to use that option. Handicapped Parking: There are four handicapped parking spaces in the museum parking, two on the south side of the Entrance Rotunda and two in front of the Rike Pavilion.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. To take advantage of the group discount $159 make sure to book your room(s) before April 22.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony and reception from the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. The shuttle schedule is located on our Travel & Accommodations page.
