Like many couples these days, Lexi and David met online and both lived in Texas. Their first date was at Pappadeaux and they went to an escape room after dinner. In hindsight, being locked in a small room and trying to figure out how to escape with a stranger was probably not the best idea! Well... they did not end up solving the escape room mystery LOL. Thankfully, they did not let that hinder our interest in each other. After a few months of dating and meeting each other's families, they knew they wanted to get more serious and were also get ready to move to Florida. Unfortunately, there were some other issues though and our relationship ended. Lexi then moved to Florida, while David stayed in Texas. After a few months of growth, David was on a mission to get the woman of his dreams back into his arms and was VERY persistent. Over the course of nine months, Lexi finally agreed to meet David again for the first time since their breakup. They worked out their differences and the relationship picked up where it left off. David did not hesitate to move with his pup, Chloe, to be closer to Lexi in Florida. A couple months later, David then got Lexi's father's blessing to propose. With both of their parents nearby, David proposed to Lexi, and celebrated the engagement with their families. The engaged lovebirds are now ready to build their lives together...and of course we can not forget their two shih tzu's, Chloe and Kori.
