Bowens Wharf "The Anchor of Newport" is perfect for walking, shopping and dinning.
We never miss an opportunity to dine at 22 Bowen's when in Newport. Located on the pier, there is nothing quite like a sunset stroll on the water before an incredible dinner.
Ocean Drive offers 10 miles of coastline with breathtaking views—an ideal route for a leisurely drive. Start at the historic Bellevue Avenue and drive past the Gilded Age mansions, Hammersmith Farm, Brenton Point State Park, Fort Adams State Park, and Gooseberry Beach.
We recommend sunset reservations and (surprisingly) the honey biscuit appetizer
White Horse Tavern strives to create a fresh, contemporary culinary experience in “America’s Oldest Tavern”
For dessert, Kilwins is a tourist hot spot for a reason. Fudge, Ice Cream and more causes a line out the door most evenings.
Right down the street from OceanCliff, we suggest a lovely lunch overlooking the water
Enjoy a leisurely 6 mile expedition along the coastal railway of Aquidneck Island. The Northern Ramble traverses private waterfront estates, 2 golf courses, coastal woodland, the Newport Preservation Society Topiary Gardens and the Audubon Society Nature Preserve.
