Both the ceremony and reception will be hosted at the South Congress Hotel in Austin, Texas.

We are working with our venue and planner to determine the best start time, but we are tentatively planning for around 5-6pm. The confirmed time will be included on your formal invitation that will go out around February 2024.
We are wanting to keep the wedding adult only to ensure parents are able to let loose and have fun!
We are requesting black tie optional attire for our guests. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside during early summer.
Due to the more intimate size of our venue, we are limited on the number of plus ones we are able to allot. When receiving your invitation, it will notate whether or not an additional guest was able to be offered.
Please check with us first, especially if we don’t personally know the person you’d be bringing instead.
If you can no longer attend or originally said you couldn't but now can, PLEASE notify our wedding planner as soon as possible at contact@gardeniawed.com. It’s extremely important we provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count.
As the venue is located in Downtown Austin, the area is primarily street parking. However, the venue does offer valet parking for $18 per vehicle (or $42 for overnight parking).
We are happy to provide an open bar offering beer, wine, and cocktails.
