Yes, we are picking up where we left off and enjoying the rest of our wedding celebration with you all! There will not be a ceremony.
Attire is dressy casual, but come as fancy as you are feeling! Our venue is indoors (with A/C!), so you wont need to worry too much about a hot July day in sunny California.
Due to the number of people invited to the wedding, we are only extending whole-family invitations to those from out of state or who are traveling from distinctly far distances.
Delicious Italian food, catered by the fantastic Jay’s Catering/Ellie’s Table! Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions that will require other accommodations and we will let the caterer know in advance.
Part of the reason we waited until July to have our reception was in hopes that most people would have had access to the vaccine, therefore reducing the risk of exposure at a large gathering. We encourage those who are not vaccinated to wear masks, but will not be policing this closely since our venue does not require masks and California no longer requires vaccinated individuals to be masked indoors. For those who would like people to respect their space, we will have a marker available to signify to others to please maintain their distance and respect your space.
The venue is in old town Santa Ana, and right across the way from the venue is a parking structure. You may be able to find other parking in the surrounding streets, but we recommend using the parking structure (a $10 charge for the day).
Unless your invitation indicated that a guest is included, we will be keeping with only those on the guest list. Thank you for helping us accommodate our large gathering!
We were overwhelmingly blessed by our friends and family with gifts last year, and this reception is not about more gifts--it's about finally being with those we love! For those who are still feeling like the want to bless us, we will be doing a money dance at the reception to go towards our Eventual-Honeymoon Fund (please open your borders, Norway!!!).
Our venue is in Old Town Santa Ana with Tustin, Irvine, Orange, and Anaheim all close by. Being only a 15 drive from Disneyland, there are many hotels with good rates in the surrounding areas. Also, John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 15-20 minutes away, so those who will be flying out of SNA may want to stay at a location nearby.
We are pleased to say that, yes, our venue can accommodate wheelchairs!
