Question

Answer

We ask that you RSVP before September 1st. If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Please arrive in dressy casual attire, which is anything that is stylish yet comfortable. If the ceremony is held outside, it will be in a grassy area. There will be some grassy areas at the reception as well.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, except for the children associated with the wedding party. Please take this opportunity to enjoy a date night!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to hold the ceremony outside of the church, weather permitting. If weather prevents us from holding the ceremony outside, it will be held inside of the church.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

By car. Carpooling recommended. The 2 locations are ~ 1 mile apart. There will be designated parking at the reception venue.

Question

Is there parking available near your reception venue?

Answer

Yes. Parking will be marked by cones beside 6 Driftwood Drive, across the street from the venue. Carpooling is recommended, as space is limited.

Question

Are there property restrictions?

Answer

Yes. The church and reception property owners request that there be no smoking or lit flames on premises. Also, there is to be no glass containers/objects as they may cause injury if broken. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving heavy hors d'oeuvres and desserts. A full course meal will not be served.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

No, but there are lodging options listed on this website.

Question

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

You are welcome to stay until 8pm, which is when the DJ services will end.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

“We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. For the rest of the wedding/reception, we encourage guests to take photos and share them with us so we can see them, too!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.
