Direct flights to Dublin are available from San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Seattle (as well as many other major US cities). When returning to the US, Dublin airport has a US preclearance facility so that you can go through immigration before you board your flight back. Belfast International airport is located 25 minutes from Belfast. There are no direct flights from the US to this airport, however you can connect to this airport from London.

Belfast City Airport is a 15 minute drive to the wedding venue. There are no direct flights from the US to this airport, however flights from major UK cities such as London do fly to this airport.

This is where our ceremony and reception will be held. The Clandeboye Lodge adjoins the Clandeboye Estate which thanks to the work of the 1st Marquess, is home to the largest area of broad-leaved woodland in Northern Ireland, consisting mostly of oak, birch, and beech. The Clandeboye Lodge was once the Ballysallagh schoolhouse and this forms part of the building there today. It is about 25 minutes outside of Belfast, in the city of Bangor. There are limited rooms in this hotel, however there are many options nearby listed below.

This hotel is in the village of Crawfordsburn, and has been standing in its present form since 1614. It was patronised by many notable people including Swift, Tennyson, Thackeray, Dickens and Trollope. It was also frequented by C. S. Lewis (who was born in Belfast). This hotel has a spa and great restaurant. It is about a 15 minute drive from Belfast and a 5 minute drive to the wedding venue.

The Culloden Estate and Spa is set in a gothic mansion that was built in 1876 by Mr William Auchinleck Robinson in Craigavad within the borough of Cultra. Most of the stone came from Scotland. At the end of the 19th Century, Culloden house became the official residence of the Lord Bishop of Down, Connor and Dromore and was known as The Bishop's Palace. This hotel has a spa and many dining options. This hotel is a 10 minute drive to the venue and a 20 minute drive from Belfast.

The Strangford Arms hotel is in the town of Newtownards. Part of this hotel is a Grade II listed Victorian building that was once home to the rose hybridist George Dickson. In 1912 his sons introduced an enormous red rose named George Dickson, in tribute to their father. This hotel is about a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue.

Train
The Enterprise train leaves from Dublin Connolly station and arrives Belfast Grand Central station. This is a great travel option if you plan to spend a few days in Dublin. However you will need to get a connecting train/bus from the airport to Dublin Connolly if you want to get to the airport. There are many bus services that depart from Dublin airport and arrive in Belfast. These services also go to many other places if there is somewhere else you would like to visit before the wedding.

At the moment, Uber and Lyft do not operate in Belfast. There are plenty of taxi companies and hotel staff will call a taxi for you if requested. Taxi drivers prefer to be paid in cash and some many not have the capability to accept credit cards or may not accept US credit cards.
