FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm and shuttles will arrive between 4:30-4:45pm. If you are driving separately, you can arrive anytime after 4:30pm.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Daily high temperatures in February are between 80-85 degrees and it rarely dips below 70 degrees. February is one of the least rainy months in Puerto Rico but rain showers can happen at all times of the year, especially because our venue is in the rain forest. Our venue is indoor-outdoor, so there will always be a space to escape a passing shower.

Question

Any more guidance on dress code?

Answer

Dress in whatever way makes you feel great. We want everyone to be comfortable in the weather and to dress however you feel inspired.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue has both an indoor and outdoor option, so it will partly be weather-dependent. If weather permits, the ceremony will be outdoors and the cocktail hour and reception will be in a mixed indoor-outdoor space.

Question

How should we contact you if we have questions?

Answer

Of course, feel free to text or call us like normal. But if it's easier to send a link or question via email, our wedding email address is heraldanddavid@gmail.com
