When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 19, 2024 either by mail or by clicking the RSVP tab on our wedding website.

Missed the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by February 19th, you will be marked as “not attending”. The reason for this being that we must provide accurate headcount to all our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “declines with regret” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. Due to our venue’s capacity, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love all your little ones, we have decide to make this celebration an adults-only event and only children of immediate family would be attending. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony to find a seat so the celebration can start on time. Ceremony: 4:00pm - 5:00pm Cocktail Hour: 5:00pm - 6:00pm Reception: 6:00pm - 11:00pm

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! Please no jeans/denim and casual clothing. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be held indoors.

What colors I should avoid?

Answer

We kindly asked you to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories, and creams, reds, and all of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing shades of green.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. We have hired professionals to catch this special moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. We have waited a long time for this day so party accordingly!

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes, we do! Please use #infortheNguyen when posting any pictures on social media so we can see them too!
