It was a Sunday just like any other when David asked Celeste if she wanted to go for an evening walk and get some ice cream as he knew she would never refuse the opportunity. As they strolled through downtown Boise after getting ice cream David suggested they go admire the Capitol Christmas tree. As they were standing at the foot of the steps at the Capitol under the glow of the Christmas tree, David got down on one knee and asked Celeste to marry him. Celeste's response was "of course I will!".
