Groom
Definitely the most amazing man I've ever known. I love his passion for ministry and his contagious joyful spirit. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with such an incredible man by my side. -Bailey
Bride
By far the most important person in the party, she has an overflowing heart for ministry. She has an amazing voice and a love for worship. She has been a wonderful supporter of my ministry and I couldn't imagine a better partner. -David
Best Man
We probably met long before we became friends. Turns out we both went to the same elementary school and never knew. We grew close in the last few years I had in high school. He was the last to join HZC, a small group I had been in since middle school. He fit in like a glove, and quickly became someone who we could lean on for wisdom, even though he was also the youngest in the group. We have similar goals but very different strengths and routes of achieving our goals. All the while, I thank God for the time I have had with him and I continue to seek his kind and wise words. -David
Maid of Honor
My older sister and best friend. She married Trevor Hill on July 31, 2015 and moved to California with him after their wedding. Alicia has always been a supporter of mine and has been such an encouraging influence in my life. I'm so excited to have her as my Maid of Honor! -Bailey
Groomsman
Hunter has always been the quiet guy in HZC but when he speaks everyone listens. He has a tremendous heart for his friends and I would like to thank him for teaching me how to knee board and for every prayer he has ever said. This man is a prayer warrior and the glue to our group. -David
Bridesmaid
Jordan and I met in early 2016 at Mixed Company and became friends very quickly. She is the most encouraging, joyful, and gracious friend and she's so special to both me and David. -Bailey
Groomsman
Ferf is Bailey's younger brother. He and I met when 30 Below (a young adults Bible study at Lakewood church) started. He and I have gotten to know each other through 30 Below and various times to discus opening a Cyber Cafe. Even though the dream has been put on hold, thanks to him I now look at every lot for sale as a possible coffee shop. And I don't even drink coffee! -David
Bridesmaid
Bri has been my friend for over 18 years. When I moved to Guatemala in 2005, I was worried that our friendship wouldn't last for too long. Thankfully I was so wrong! She is still one of the most special people in my life. I was a bridesmaid in her wedding in July, and am thrilled that she will be standing up with me in my wedding as well! -Bailey
Groomsman
This man is a genius. Frankly, it's not fair. However, I do recall a time or two in middle school when he was also a very clever fibber. Every now and then we would have to fact check him. My personal favorite attribute of Chris is his quick wit and his incredible made up words that are generally all pulloffable. Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." Thank you for keeping this at the forefront of our brotherhood. -David
Bridesmaid
Maddison and I met during our DTS with YWAM in Antigua, Guatemala in 2014. We became close friend during those 5 months and bonded over our mutual passion for worship. It's been almost 3 years since I've seen her, so I am so excited to see her and have her in my wedding! -Bailey
Groomsman
I have dubbed Nic as the "challenger." One of his most quoted phrases was "Challenge excepted." While the vast majority of the time this phrase was meant in good fun, it was also a reminder to challenge things you probably should not just blindly except. Nic has always been an example of never blindly following rules out of tradition. He has challenged me in my faith to not just be what my mother believes, but what I believe. Thank you for challenging me. -David
Bridesmaid
Maya and I met during our DTS with YWAM in Antigua, Guatemala in 2014. She was one of my most encouraging friends during those 5 months. I haven't seen her in almost 3 years, so I am so excited to have her stand up with my for my wedding! -Bailey
Groomsman
If HZC were to be a male A Capella group, Q would be thee bass. Unfortunately for the rest of us guys, Q could also just be his own band. His musical talents are far beyond what I could practice to in a life time. He always knows the right song for the mood and this gift is only matched by his quirky knowledge of cinematic arts. While Q may not laugh a whole lot, I would like to thank him for always making me smile as much as he does. -David
Bridesmaid
Katie and I met in November 2005 just after my family and I moved to Antigua, Guatemala. We have been friends for a long time and we're roommates for about 10 months last year. -Bailey
