We highly recommend this restaurant, if you want to try a variety of meals from the Panamanian Cousine. They have good service and good pricing for their meals. No worries about language barrier because they got you covered. There are at least two locations, so feel free to visit the closest one to your location.
Visit The Taboga Island
If you are thinking on enjoying one of the closest Panamanian islands and WANT so bad to have some time to relax and disconnect, this is the island for you. It's only 30 minutes away from Panama, so just hop in the water taxi or ferry, once you've paid for your ticket which is between $15-20 for adults and 10.50 for kids older than 2 years old because the younger ones don't pay and get there to enjoy the fresh and clear waters, let your piggies feel the soft brown sand, enjoy an Amapola ( Pineapple 🍍 non- alcolohic cold drink) and maybe some fresh corn patties called "empanadas". Then, If you are up for some adrenaline, rent a jet ski for $10-20 dollars p/p and enjoy a speedy ride. But remember, before taking your boat ride to the island, you first need to find a ride to the Causeway Amador, where you would arrive and then head to the ticket counter of Barcos Calypso to purchase your ticket and don't forget to show your passport or ID before departure.
Bayano Lake Cave & Kayak Tour
Another hidden gem that’s not often talked about in Panama, but quite exciting and full of adrenaline, and those are the caves at the Bayano Lake. If you have a car and speak Spanish you can visit the caves on your own and hire a guide once you get there or you can contact Panama Caves at 6674-1134 or send them an email at antonio@bayanoadventure.com to schedule this adventurous trip. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing, trekking shoes or rain boots, a towel, a pair of dry clothes, some drinks and snacks for the walk or after.

Go Bike Riding Along The Fresh Waters of Panama
If you want to enjoy a bike ride or a scooter ride or even a monocycle ride, come by the Causeway Amador which is a trail along the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean and it connects you with three islands in which you could afterwards enjoy some delicious coconut ice-cream, a delicious meal from one of the most good tasting restaurants or simply enjoy a walk in a relaxing afternoon by the fresh waters. Renting of bikes goes from $3.50 and up per hour.
