Please see below for some FAQs. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Question

DAY OF LOGISTICS

Answer

Barr Mansion is located at 10463 Sprinkle Road and is about 15-minutes from downtown. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 4:15 PM. The venue has a parking lot available at the front of the entrance. However, we encourage guests to ride share to the venue so you don't have to worry about driving home. The celebration will end promptly at 10:00 PM. Please be safe getting home!

Question

ATTIRE

Answer

We kindly ask that you wear formal attire. For the ladies, we recommend a nice cocktail dress, long dress, pantsuit, or dressy jumpsuit. For the men, we recommend a suit jacket and collared shirt. The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be enjoyed outside. No jeans, please!

Question

HOTELS

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at two hotels downtown about 15-minutes away from the venue. Please visit the Travel tab of our website for more information. Should the room blocks fill up or you prefer another hotel brand, we recommend staying downtown so you are close to both the venue and fun things do around the city. We also recommend staying near The Domain if you would like to be farther from downtown but still close to things to do.

Question

PLUS ONES

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, our wedding will be an intimate celebration to enjoy with our closest friends and family. All Guests and Plus Ones will be listed specifically on your invitation and on your formal RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

LITTLES ONES

Answer

This is primarily an adult-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family and bridal party. Unless your children are specifically listed on your formal RSVP on our website, we ask that you leave the little ones at home and use this as a fun night out!

Question

UNPLUGGED CEREMONY

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not take photos or videos during the ceremony on your phone. We can't wait to share our professional photos with you after the wedding, but we ask that you leave the ceremony unplugged and phone-free to not disrupt the photographer.
