Hotel
We have blocked off the hotel for this event! Either call the Hotel Direct or click the link here to book your hotel room for the weekend. Tell them you are with the "Kistler & Moffa" Party. Please contact Shanna at (412)897-4778 if you have any issues with booking your reservation! If the hotel is saying “sold out” online for the weekend it is likely only sold out of the blocked rooms on Friday. Please call to book your reservation. Saturday will be under our block and Friday will be added on! This is the closest hotel to the ranch. We will have a shuttle running Saturday to assist in safe transportation (schedule TBA). If you prefer to stay on site, campers and tents are welcome. Hookups will not be available so bring your own generators! Bathroom trailers to be provided.

Shuttle

A shuttle will be running back and forth from the suggested hotel to Racks and Reels Ranch on our main party day! We will update closer to the party date with an exact schedule! If you MUST drive please try to carpool to keep down the volume of cars at the ranch.
Flight
The Austin Airport is located about an hour from the ranch and is the closest airport to Racks and Reels. I wouldn't count on convincing an Uber/Lyft to get you out to the ranch though! We would suggest connecting with other travelers and sharing a rental car.

A bit further than Austin, but not quite as far as Houston away from Racks & Reels Ranch is the San Antonio International Airport. This airport option is a little less than 2 hours from the Ranch. Consider it as an option if flying in to the party!
