Transportation To and From the Wedding

Buses will be provided to transport guests from The Wayfinder Hotel and The Holiday Inn Express, to and from the venue. Keep an eye out for the big yellow school buses! Buses will be leaving the hotels at 3:45pm sharp! Buses will be leaving the venue to return to the hotels at 10:00pm. If you do plan to drive to the venue, please note that parking for the wedding is in Lot #2. The entrance to this parking lot is located in the front of the Rotunda building, you will see a green awning. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TO PARK. The Parking Lot #2 gate will be locked at 12 midnight the night of the event. If cars are left in the parking lot overnight, they must be picked up by 8:30am the day after the event or there is a chance of being towed at the owner’s expense.

Please note that the rate for this hotel has increased for the new 2021 date - $249 per night (before fees and taxes) for a Standard Two Double Room or Standard King Room. Please click the "view" box below to book your room in our block for 2021. In the top right corner of the webpage there is a "book now" button. Once you have selected your dates, please locate the dropdown menu that says "add code." In the first box, please select "2. Group Attendee" and in the second box add the code "potitokernanwedding." *Please note, this hotel does have a two night minimum stay to receive the room block rate. You are able to book a one night stay at an increased rate. This hotel is where the bride and groom will be staying and also where the wedding after party and post wedding breakfast will be taking place! CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Please note the hotel's check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. At this time, guests will be checked in based upon room availability.

To make reservations please call 401-848-7128 and request to book in the Potito Kernan Wedding Room Block or click on "view" button below, enter the dates you would like to stay, then the group rate will display. The room block rate for a single/double room is $149 per night (before fees and taxes). This hotel does not have a minimum night requirement.
