Question

Will transportation to and from the venue be provided?

Answer

Yes, you happen to be the people we love most in the world and we want everyone to have fun and be safe! Please check the "travel" tab for information regarding bus pick up times.

There are signs in the parking lot at the Rotunda saying "Pay to Park," do I have to pay?

Answer

NO! Please note that you do not have to pay to park in Lot #2. The entrance to Lot #2 is right in front of the Rotunda building. You will see a green awning on the building and know that is where to turn in!

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we are very fortunate to have many wonderful little ones in our lives, given the travel, transportation, and beach-side location, we are keeping this event 18+. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone or other electronic devices during the ceremony. We are hard at work writing our vows and don't want you to be distracted while we awkwardly and nervously recite them to each other on our big day! We have hired professionals to capture the ceremony so you can enjoy the moment with us! We will happily share the photos and videos after the wedding!

Where will the ceremony be?

Answer

Weather permitting, we do plan to have the ceremony outside on the beach (on the concrete side walk, not in the sand) at the Easton's Beach Rotunda. There tends to be a breeze on the beach so please plan accordingly!

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, cocktail hour will take place on the outdoor deck of the venue. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors!

What do I need to know if I drive to the venue?

Answer

If you do plan to drive to the venue, please note that parking for the wedding is in Lot #2. The Parking Lot #2 gate will be locked at 12 midnight the night of the event. If cars are left in the parking lot overnight, they must be picked up by 8:30am the day after the event or there is a chance of being towed at the owner’s expense.

What to wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire please! Suit and tie, cocktail dresses, dressy suit or jumpsuits. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside so plan to bring a sweater, jacket or wrap!

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! Our reception is ending at 10pm and we don't want the night to end! The Mainstay Hotel/ Wayfinder bar is where we will be after the reception and we hope to see you there!
