Where is your wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and after party will all be held at the same location, The Harbor Club at Prime in Huntington, NY.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Formal attire of any color except white and ivory. Think fall colors! We suggest that men wear a suit or tux and women wear a cocktail dress, gown or dressy pant suit. Our venue is waterfront and we have use of both indoor and outdoor spaces, so please bring a sweater or jacket if you think you may be chilly. September is usually pretty warm on Long Island but may cool down a little bit at night. There will be a fire pit and heat lamps outside as well.

When do I need to respond by?

Answer

Kindly respond by August 4, 2025. Please respond via the RSVP tab on our website or your RSVP card. If you do not respond by the RSVP date, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you.

Can I bring a date or other guest?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your children, this will be an adult only affair. We ask that you make alternative arrangements for children under age 18. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting our wishes!

Can I take my own pictures?

Answer

Please refrain from cell phone use and use of other electronic devices during our ceremony. We will provide any desired photos or videos to you upon request, courtesy of our professional photographers and videographer. Additionally, we ask that all devices remain off or on silent mode during our ceremony as to not interfere with the videography audio. We encourage our guests to take pictures after our ceremony and share them with us by scanning our Guestpix QR code. Our QR code will be on a sign at our venue. Please ask us for the website link and PIN you’ll need to access the link to upload photos if you forget to scan our QR code.

Where can I park my car?

Answer

The Harbor Club offers free valet parking for all guests.

Can I smoke at your wedding?

Answer

We would like all of our guests including non smoking guests to be able to enjoy the outdoor areas and fire pit at our venue. Out of respect and consideration for non smokers, please refrain from smoking at our venue, including the outdoor areas. If you would like to smoke, please do so off our venue premises. There is an area at the end of the parking lot by the water where you could smoke. Thank you for your understanding.

Can The Harbor Club accommodate special dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Is the Harbor Club handicapped accessible?

Answer

Yes, there is an outdoor ramp and indoor elevator available to use if needed.

Question

Do you have a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

We do not have a hotel room block. Please see the travel tab on our website for recommended hotels close to our venue. We suggest booking a hotel room as soon as possible since there is a golf tournament in the area that weekend.

Where should we bring or send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for but if you would like to honor us with a gift from our registry, please have it delivered to our home. We will provide you with our address upon request. A wedding card box will be at our venue as well.

Where should we bring or send our bridal shower gift?

Answer

Gifts from our registry are welcome at Lauren’s bridal shower or can be delivered to Lauren’s home address.
