Is the barn air conditioned and heated?
Answer
Yes! The Ranch is completely air conditioned and fully heated in the winter. There are fans in the Ceremony Pavillion that add extra comfort during summer ceremonies. When the hydraulic glass door is open, fans inside the venue can be turned on to provide constant air flow. Sugar Spring Ranch features a heated floor to keep guests extra cozy in the winter season!

Do you have indoor restrooms?
Answer
Yes! Your guests will appreciate our spacious ADA approved restrooms located inside our gorgeous venue.

Do you have wifi?
Answer
Yes, we have high-speed internet at Sugar Spring Ranch, so you can snap, post and stream your sweetest day ever!

- Can we bring our own liquor?
Answer
No, outside alcohol cannot be brought onto the Sugar Spring Ranch property due to our liquor license. Our company will provide all bar and beverage services.

What will the weather be like? Is this outdoor or indoor?
Answer
Typically, in Illinois the first week of November tends to be in the 40s-50s so please check accordingly. Our Ceremony is outdoor in a covered pavilion. The pavilion does have space heaters and fans Our Reception is indoor!

How Long will the ceremony last
Answer
We are planning to have a 30 minute ceremony starting at 5:30 and our scheduled to have the reception start immediately after! The reception is in the same location as the ceremony inside the barn.

Will there be a break or cocktail hour provided
Answer
No! There will be no cocktail hour or break between the ceremony and the reception. The reception will start immediately after the ceremony at 6p.m. The open bar will be available from 6p.m.-10p.m.

When will the Wedding party arrive at the Reception
Answer
The reception barn is on site at location, so the Wedding Party should arrive very soon after the ceremony. The Wedding Party and Immediate family might take pictures before the ceremony to prevent delay and depending on weather and sunlight.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please try to arrive no later than 5:00p.m. The Ceramony is scheduled to start at 5:30. There is free parking onsite. I know 5 is tough on a work day, so please plan accordingly.

Do you have a Registry
Answer
We do not have specific gifts or things we really need. If you would like to give an additional gift besides your presence at our wedding, we would greatly appreciate any donations to our future home projects and honeymoon fund. There will be a VENMO QR code on all tables and around the venue the day of the wedding. You can also find it on the Registry tab on this form.
