Q&A

Important information regarding the wedding
Question

What effect is the corona virus having on the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is still planned for May 30th. We will post an update by April if situations should change. Please continue to send RSVPs. If you would like to wait a little longer, that is perfectly fine. We just need an accurate count for the cater by mid-April. Thank you! Stay safe.

Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Sadly, we are only able to extend our invitation to children of the immediate wedding party. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you can still join us to celebrate our special day. Call it a date night, and have a chance to fully enjoy the festivities.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We will be reserving a hotel block at a hotel near the venue, but we strongly encourage you to explore the idea of renting a local Airbnb or cabin. A link will be provided to the hotel and other lodging options under the "Travel" tab.

Question

Is there a formal cocktail hour?

Answer

If the weather is cooperating, we hope our guests take the time between ceremony and reception to wander the town of Fayetteville to grab a bite, a cup of coffee, or pop into a local shop or two. The New River Gorge is also a short 5-10 minute drive for those wanting to venture a bit further. However, the house on the property will be open to those wanting to stay close.

Question

Is there a vegetarian option for dinner?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you require a vegetarian option. We will have a limited amount of cauliflower bbq available for those that request it in advance.
