Carowinds

Its a good time for the whole family here. My favorite ride was the Night Hawk (that has since been removed). I have been eyeing Copperhead Strike but haven't been able to ride yet; so put this at the top of your list. The Fury is only for the bold! Also, your admission includes water park entry. Don't forget to checkout the Adult only Carolina Harbor Shore Club in the water park. If you love Charlie Brown and the gang, explore Camp Snoopy with your little ones for kid friendly rides that are Le'Ani Approved.

Enjoy art at the Uptown Mint Museum on Free Wednesday Evenings from 5pm-9pm. Also they have Wine on Wednesday, sip and shop. Catch a cool vibe.

Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar

This restaurant was one of the highlights of our Asheville trip. A Appalachian treasure! This chain originated here in the Blue Ridge with specialization in Southern Food and Hospitality. This place is esthetic, the food is amazing and it is also in Uptown Charlotte... so make reservations. Brunch, Lunch, Diner its all good. TIP: If you bank at Bank of America and are heading here during banking hours. Park in their garage, go to the bank and do some small transaction and ask them to validate you parking. Free parking while you eat or even for the rest of the day if you wish to explore uptown. You are welcome!

Whitewater Center

Something right here in our backyard. Although you can visit the Whitewater National for many reasons, we recommend checking out River Jam live music starling at 7pm.

Belmont Drive-In

One of our bucket list items! Catch a Double Feature at historical drive in theater on our side of town.

Victoria Yards

Hangout spot right in the middle of Uptown! Thursday Night Live from 6pm-10pm for a night of music, drinks, food trucks, and fun!

Rasin Haitian Restaurant

DEE'S FAVE- This is my choice for local Haitian cuisine spot. Our recomendation is the personal pan of Macaroni Au Gratin.

Ms DiDi's Caribbean Kitchen

Josh's Fave Haitian Cuisine Spot- Yes! We have options here now. He recommends the Vegan Legume and get the Bean Sauce if they have it.
