We met at Temple University on the Club Lacrosse team. Kelsey had just transferred from West Point and was trying out for the team in the fall of 2016. Daryn was the VP of the club team at the time and met Kelsey during tryouts. Daryn was enamored with Kelsey's lacrosse skills and after making the team we became close friends and eventually began dating after Daryn graduated in 2018.

Kelsey's Proposal: For our 4 year anniversary in October (2022), we took a trip to New York. Kels scheduled a sunset helicopter ride over Manhattan. Little did I know the whole reason we went up in that helicopter was so that she could propose. It was beyond perfect and so magical. Daryn's Proposal: Fast forward a few months in December, I had mentioned to Daryn previously that the idea of getting proposed to after the ball dropped on New Years sounded incredible. We decided to stay home for New Years that year and she created a video highlighting our moments throughout the years and ended the video by asking me to marry her. She pulled out a lego pop up book that contained my ring and I immediately said yes. It was private and perfectly catered to me. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
