Please look in surrounding areas near the Embassy Suites and you can take the shuttle from the venue to the Embassy Suites and walk, drive (if you park at the Embassy) or Uber to another hotel. We have blocked off several rooms here at the Embassy. We have blocked off rooms for the wedding party for June 16th- June 19th and the remainder of the rooms are for the guests for June 18th. Shuttle

Shuttle from Embassy Suites to the Wedding Ceremony & Reception

We will have school buses take guests from the hotel to the Venue and back again. The route is about 45mins one way. Guests: Pick Up at Hotel: Shuttle arrives 2:45pm, departs at 3:00pm, arrives at venue at 3:45pm Pick up at Venue: One shuttle will leave at 9:30pm, arrives at hotel at 10:15pm Two shuttles will leave at 10:20pm, arrives at hotel at 11:05pm Wedding Party: Pick up at hotel at 9:15am, be there at 9am. Will take us to venue to get ready. At 11pm, the shuttle will then take us from the venue to the hotel, arrives at 11:45pm. If you are not planning on staying at the Embassy Suites but don't want to take your car to the venue, you can always take the shuttle and then grab your car from the hotel. There will be no Uber's/ Taxi's near the venue.
