Question
Will There Be Transportation to the Events
Answer
For those staying at Estancia, Grande Colonial, and La Valencia we have provided transportation to our events. Grande Colonial / La Valencia: Welcome Party Shuttle will pick up guests out front of Grande Colonial and will depart promptly by 5:20pm on Wednesday, April 22nd. The shuttle will return to Grande Colonial after 9pm. The wedding venue is next to both hotels, we suggest walking. Estancia La Jolla: Welcome Party - Wednesday April 22 Transportation is provided to the welcome party and will pick up at the circular drive and depart promptly by 5:30pm. The shuttle will return to Grande Colonial after 9pm. Wedding - Thursday April 23 Transportation is provided to the wedding and will pick up at the circular drive and depart promptly at 3pm. The shuttle will run throughout the evening to take guests back to the hotel. 10pm from La Jolla Cove Rooftop 11:15pm from The Spot 12:15am from The Spot 1:15am from The Spot 2:15am from The Spot - final bus of the evening. All guests staying at airbnbs or other hotels: Welcome Party - parking is available Wedding - We highly suggest ubering, there is extremely limited to no parking available.

Who Can Come to the Pool Party?
Answer
Everyone! Even if you are not staying at the hotel, the hotel has kindly allowed us to have any and all guests join us. Walk directly to the pool area and someone will let you in. Kids are welcome.

Who Can Come to the After Party?
Answer
Our after party is held at a bar, only those 21 and up will be permitted.

How Do We Get to the After Party from the Wedding?
Answer
The Spot is located up the street from our wedding venue, we suggest everyone walks if able.

Are Children Invited?
Answer
We love your kiddos, but our welcome party and wedding are for guests ages 18 and above. All kids are welcome at the Pool Party on Friday.

Can I Bring a Date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a Dress code?

Yes! The Welcome Party is Beachy Cocktail attire. The Wedding is Colorful Formal attire. See What to Wear section of the website for details

Will the Wedding Take Place Indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
The entire wedding will take place outside near the ocean.

Can I take photos during the Ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you to all be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other then the ceremony, yes! We encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. We will be supplying disposable cameras, make sure to grab one and help capture amazing moments from the evening.
