Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Beachy Cocktail Attire - See What to Wear

Join us for cocktails, tacos, & speeches to kick off our wedding celebration. Our welcome party is outside on the Monarch Beach Pub patio. Feel free to bring a light jacket, heaters will be provided if it gets cold. Transportation is provided for guests staying at the hotels. The welcome party bus from Grande Colonial will pick up our from and depart promptly at 5:20pm and return after 9pm. The Estancia bus will pick up at the circular drive and depart promptly at 5:30pm.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Colorful Formal - See What To Wear

Ceremony begins at 4pm. Please arrive between 3:15pm - 3:40pm to accommodate for elevator timing. Stairs are available for those able & the rooftop is located on the sixth floor. Cocktail hour, dinner, and lots of dancing to follow. EXTREMELY LIMITED TO NO PARKING AVAILABLE - we highly suggest ubering. Transportation is provided for Estancia guests, the bus picks up at the circular drive and will depart promptly at 3pm We will have a shuttle returning to Estancia throughout the evening. 10pm from La Jolla Cove Rooftop 11:15pm from The Spot 12:15am from The Spot 1:15am from The Spot 2:15am from The Spot - last bus of the evening All guests will receive a duet plate of Steak and Chicken. Allergies & restrictions already submitted to us will be accommodated for. Heaters & dancing will keep us warm, but feel free to bring a light jacket. We can't wait to celebrate with you

Pool Day

12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

All guests, even those not staying at Estancia, join us at the Estancia Pool for recovery cocktails and final hangs. If you are not staying at the Estancia, come straight to the pool - day passes are not required.
