Plymouth Beach

Plymouth Beach, Plymouth, MA 02360

Plymouth Beach is a barrier beach approximately three miles in length. The Beach entrance is on your left just after passing Plimoth Patuxet Museums (137 Warren Ave) Parking: $ 20.00-day pass fee for non-residents. You can also Uber, Lyft! Facilities: Bathhouse is open during the hours of operation of Sandy's Restaurant. There are other beaches and fresh water ponds in Plymouth! Please make sure to check non-resident restrictions if you plan to visit any other beach! Please note, Long Beach is restricted to residents of Plymouth.

Town Brook Trail

This walking path extends for 1.5 miles from Billington Street to the Plymouth waterfront. Alternately pavement, gravel and dirt, there are several bridges and numerous spots to enjoy the view. Along the way, the trail connects with the Town Brook Patuxet Preserve, Billington Street Park, Holmes Park, Town Brook Park, the Plimoth Grist Mill, Brewster Gardens, and Pilgrim Memorial State Park.

Plymouth Rock

Plymouth Rock may not be much to look at. In fact, it’s a bit underwhelming when you first see it. And, it’s not even where the Pilgrims first landed (they landed first in Provincetown a month earlier). But if you’re into history, there’s no denying it’s an important symbol of American history. Plymouth Rock marks the place where the Mayflower pilgrims began Plymouth Colony, the first permanent European settlement in New England.

Mayflower II

Mayflower II, Plimoth’s full-scale reproduction of the ship that brought the Pilgrims to Plymouth in 1620. Located at the State Pier in Pilgrim Memorial State Park.

Plymouth Bay Winery

Howland St taproom and outdoor beer garden are both open year-round. Second Wind Brewing also has a weekly beer garden on the green at Redbrook in South Plymouth during the summer. The Redbrook beer garden offers craft beer, wine, music, lawn games, and more. Food available from local restaurants Black Lantern Tavern, TrailsEnd Bistro, and Cranberry Coffee Corner plus visiting food trucks. Family friendly!
