Michelle had spent some time traveling and was exploring Seattle for a few days when on a rainy morning found shelter at a local coffee shop. At the same coffee shop, a table away, Darren had also been traveling and was patiently waiting to check into his Airbnb. Little did we know that this fateful moment would forever change our lives. Although we lived in different cities (Michelle lived in Austin and Darren lived in Boston), we decided to embark on an exciting adventure of staying in touch. Through some frequent long weekend trips between Boston and Austin, quite a bit of laughter (mostly Darren’s dad jokes), and some heartfelt conversations, we both realized that we had found something truly special. Love had woven its way into our lives, and we knew we were meant to journey through life together.
