Jose

Jose and Darren met at college in Police Foundations, where they definitely both attended all of their scheduled classes. Jose is a ride or die kind of friend, and Darren's work husband (seriously, they share a locker).
Shara Lee
Maid of Honor
Kass and Darren met Shara in Oakville where Kass went to college. Shara was 1/4 of a weekly dinner party lovingly named Family Dinner. Sometimes Kass and Shara work on fun theatre projects together, and sometimes they catch up on the phone (for 4 hours at a time, biannually).
Tyler
Groomsman
Ty met Kass in 1st grade, and Darren many years later in high school. He is family. They share movie nights, holidays, D&D, camping, painting, and video games. Ty is always there when you need him, and up for an adventure.
Kara
Bridesmaid
Kara and Kass met at school and have been up to shenanigans ever since. High fives, hugs, tears, laughs, sighs, screams, they have shared them all. Kara is now studying to be a teacher so she can wrangle the next generation of hooligans.
Shelby
Groomsman
There is no photographic evidence that this guy even exists. Here is an artist's representation. But actually, Darren met Shelby through Jose while they were in college. Shelby and Darren share a lot of interests, especially hunting, and while they don't live close, they talk often.
Rebecca
Bridesmaid
Kass' first friend that she met at Lucan United Church. They went to different schools, but they made up for it by hanging out on the weekends, and in the summer, including one whole week every year at camp. She's a minister now, "but a cool one".
Nova
Emotional Support
Kass adopted Nova her first summer home from college, and she stayed with Darren at his house until August when Kass took Nova to Oakville with her. Claiming he would be ok without Nova, Darren tried living away from her for a few months, until he REALLY missed her and eventually moved to Oakville to live with Nova...oh and Kass. Nova is now nearly 10 years old and totally runs Darren's show.

Another 1/4 of the Family Dinner clan, Kass and Darren met Mo in Oakville where Kass went to college. Mo has been keeping everyone organized and on task, in college, wedding planning, and life. Don't be fooled, she is the queen of karaoke dance parties.
