Please book directly through our room block by using the booking link below. Guests will be able to take advantage of the group rates 3 days before April 29th, 2021 and 3 days after May 3rd, 2021 based on request and availability. If have any issues or would like to book a different room type not currently available on the booking link, please email: reservations-mayakoba@andaz.com with your full name, group name and code, room type and desired travel dates. For Reference: • Group Name: Darin & Matt Wedding • Group Code: G-DAMG • Last Day to Reserve Rooms: April 7th, 2021 Additional Information: • Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at noon. If any guest arrives before 3 pm, and the room is not ready, they can start enjoying the property. • Reservation Policy: A credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation with a 1 night deposit of room and tax. • Cancellation Policy: Cancel by April 7th 2021 to avoid any penalty.

Airport Transportation Services

Our preferred transportation company, Mayan Hospitality Services, will pick you up at the airport & deliver you directly to Andaz in the Mayakoba. Price is per vehicle & one way. Deluxe van (up to 8 passengers) $85 usd VIP Suburban (up to 5) $115 usd Deluxe large van (up to 13) $150 usd You can pay the driver direct in Pesos or USD. For booking, please email your flight itinerary to both (CC) dmc@mayanhospitality.com & stephany@crosbyandjon.com If you wish to share a car with friends/family/other random wedding attendees arriving on the same flight or similar landing time please note on the email requesting so. PRECAUTIONS: All driver’s temperature will be checked at the beginning & end of working shift. Vehicles are disinfected & sanitized after each service. Drivers must wear a mask at all times. Luggage will be disinfected with a chlorine solution before loading in the vehicle & antibacterial gel will be available for guests in each vehicle.

If you prefer to rent a car, we recommend using your favorite reputable company, or pre-book online at rentalcars.com. Make sure you coordinate transportation, with your rental company of choice, to the other side of the airport to pick up your vehicle. It is not waking distance from arrivals.
