Flying into RDU, (Raleigh), will be easiest.  We live in Durham, but in the Research Triangle area.  If you choose to stay closer to us, any of the hotels with RTP will be a good choice if in Raleigh or Morrisville.  
In the picture you'll see hotels that are within 10 miles of the venue.  However, it's about 45 minutes-1 hour from our house.
