AIRPORT & TRANSFERS
Faro Airport is the closest airport to Luz, approx. 55 minute drive.
There is also a train station approx. 10 minute drive from Faro Airport, which runs on the Algarve Line. Lagos (the main town) has a train station.
We would recommend using Airport Taxi Transfers for airport transfers, but there are plenty in the area.
Uber is also popular in Portugal, and is a super cost effective way of travelling when you're there.

There are tons of accommodation options around Luz and Lagos, with apartments and villas being the most popular. Sites like Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com have plenty of options varying in size, but below are some of our hotel recommendations.
