Hotel
For a downtown, waterfront option, we've reserved a block of rooms at the Harbor Front Inn. Located in the heart of Greenport, steps from where our welcome party event will be and nearby countless shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The property has an in-house cafe and pool. Transportation will be provided from a pickup point in downtown Greenport to the wedding. To book with our preferred rate, use the link below!
Hotel
For a more no frills stay or if travelling with a larger group, we love Cliffside Resort! Cliffside is a waterfront property offering two-bedroom suites, each with a kitchenette, that can accommodate up to six guests. We have reserved a block of rooms at Cliffside and will be providing transportation from Cliffside to our wedding venue on Saturday, June 27. Please note, the rooms held for our guests will be released to the public 60-days in advance of our wedding so we encourage you to book early. To book, please call (800) 269-4140 and request to book under the Samuelsohn & Roddy room block.
House Or Rental
There are also plenty of home rental options available on Airbnb and Vrbo! We have pre-reserved a handful in downtown Greenport, if you would like to book, please reach out to us at darcyandconor@gmail.comm
Train
For those traveling from NYC, we recommend driving or hopping on the Long Island Railroad at either Penn Station or Grand Central to the Greenport stop. Note that you will need to transfer trains at the Ronkonkoma stop. Please find the train schedule at the link below.
Travel Note
For those traveling from Boston or the greater Massachusetts area, we recommend driving to New London and taking the Cross Sound Ferry to Orient Point, a short 10-minute drive from Greenport. Please see the ferry schedule at the link below. We hope to organize a shuttle from Orient Point to downtown Greenport for large groups taking the same ferry; please stay tuned!
Flight
To get out to the North Fork of Long Island, we recommend flying into either Laguardia or JFK. We do not recommend flying into EWR if possible, as it is located in New Jersey, on the opposite side of Manhattan. Once safely landed in New York, we recommend either renting a car from the airport and driving out to Greenport, or taking the Long Island Railroad. If you choose to take the train, you can either follow signs for public transportation towards the Jamaica station, or take a short Uber ride. Hop onto the train at Jamaica toward Greenport and get off at the Greenport station. Please note that you will have to transfer at the Ronkonkoma stop. The train schedule can be found at the below link.
