Guests staying at the Chicago Marriott Suites Deerfield can catch the shuttles at 3:50 p.m. or 4:10 p.m. to the venue, with return trips at 11:25 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. There are two room types available in the block - a King suite with Queen sleeper sofa and a Double Queen suite with Queen sleeper sofa. Don't forget to use our booking link (click the "View" button below) when booking for the reduced rate. To book a room reservation over the phone, call 800-228-9290. For a King suite with Queen sleeper sofa, use code CDWCDWA. For a Double Queen suite with Queen sleeper sofa, use code CDWCDWB. The deadline to book within the block is October 2, 2025. Chevy Chase Country Club does have a parking lot with a large amount of parking on-site, if you plan on driving.

O'Hare International Airport (ORD)
O'Hare Airport is the closest airport to the venue, located approx. 15 miles south of Chevy Chase Country Club. Rental cars are available here, if needed!
Train
Metra
There are a handful of Metra stations near our venue that are just a short drive away! The two closest stations are Buffalo Grove and Wheeling, both part of the North Central Service (NCS) line. If you plan to take the Metra, we strongly encourage you to see what train line you need and find the closest station to the venue from there. You can then take a Uber or Lyft to the venue after that!
