Where is the wedding happening?

We’re tying the knot with an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by an indoor reception at the Opal Sands in Clearwater Beach, FL. Full details on Event Schedule page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire is formal —consider what one might wear as a guest at the Oscars. For women, elegant tea-length, ankle-length, or floor-length gowns are appropriate, as are sophisticated, full-length jumpsuits. For men, a classic suit paired with a dress shirt, dress shoes, and a tie is required.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a parents nights out to celebrate with us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus-ones are by invitation only. If your invitation includes a guest, you’ll see their name on your RSVP form.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask you to put away phones and cameras so everyone can be fully present with us. Our photographer will capture it all — and we promise to share!

Is there event parking?

Answer

The Hotel will provide Day of Event Valet Parking at the rate of $20.00 per day. Please note, the $20.00 rate does not include overnight valet parking and there is no self parking available on hotel property. Only room charges, debit cards and credit cards will be accepted by valet cashier.
