When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by Saturday July 6th, 2024.

We hope you will understand our decision to make our wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to have a night off and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We're excited to celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends so we ask that guests are limited to just the one(s) listed on the invitation.
Question
I have dietary restrictions - how will I know if I can eat certain food items?
Answer
Clear signage will accompany each buffet item, detailing key ingredients. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, so feel free to indulge knowing that all allergens are clearly labeled. For any allergies that we should know about - please answer the question about dietary restrictions when prompted when you RSVP for the reception.

Parking at the ceremony - Arbutus Cove
Answer
Due to limited parking at the ceremony, we do encourage guests to find transportation to the ceremony and take advantage of the shuttle bus that will be provided to get to the reception. For those who wish to drive - there are a few parking spots available at the entrance to Arbutus Cove Park at the end of Locarno Lane, street parking can also be found along Arbutus Cove Lane and Gordon Head Rd. If you plan to drive, we strongly encourage giving yourselves more time to find parking and walk down to the park.

Parking at the Reception - Derby rd
Answer
At the end of Derby rd (2 doors down from the reception) there is a public golf course with a free parking lot that people are welcome to park in, please note that there is a gate to the parking lot that will close at 10PM. Guests are also welcome to leave their car in the lot overnight if they choose. You are also welcome to park along Diana rd.

What should I wear?

Get ready to celebrate under the beautiful open sky! We're going for a semi-formal vibe for our outdoor ceremony and reception, black-tie optional. Whether it's a flowy sundress or a sharp suit, come as you are and let's make it a day to remember! PS. The grass can be soft, so maybe rethink the stilettos!

What are the wedding colours?
Answer
Teal, Sage green, Dark teal, Burgundy, Light Peach, Terracotta, and Taupe (...yes, there's a lot - the bride had a tough time narrowing it down). Feel free to match your outfit to the colour scheme or do your own thing! The Bridesmaids will be wearing various shades of Green so ladies we kindly ask you to pick another colour to let the beautiful bridesmaids shine!

Will there be an open bar?

There sure will! We've partnered with an incredible company to oversee all things bar-related, guaranteeing that not only will the drinks be flowing, but also that your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. So, come raise a glass with us, dance the night away, and rest assured that you're in good hands for a fun and unforgettable evening!
