Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to find a seat and get settled - parking is limited down at the park and along Arbutus Cove Lane so those wishing to drive we strongly suggest giving yourselves extra time to find parking along Gordon Head Rd and walking down to the park where the ceremony will take place. We invite you to be present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony is over! Not to worry - we have a skilled photographer and videographer to capture it all.
Ride the bus!
4:45 pm - 5:00 pm

For those of you who wish not to drive, we have arranged for a bus to take guests from the ceremony to the reception! The bus will pick up guests from Arbutus cove with a planned departure time of 4:45PM and will take you to the reception to enjoy a cocktail hour and get the party started!
