All our guests are invited to both events; the Welcoming Evening on Thursday and the Wedding ceremony/Reception on Saturday. You will receive, by post, our formal invitation by January 2026.
If your invitation specifies a guest by name or a plus-one, then of course they are invited! If it doesn’t, we kindly ask that you come solo.
Our venues are child-free, so we kindly ask that you do not bring children to the wedding. As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
Our wedding is Island Formal—think chic, refined, and perfect for a celebration by the sea. Ladies, please avoid black, white, or cream outfits. Gentlemen, think smart, elegant, and comfortable enough for a day of dancing and fun under the sun. No sneakers or jeans allowed on the wedding day.
Yes, transportation with bus shuttles will be provided between the church and reception venue. Please note the walk is about 20 minutes. Ordering taxis is also an option but will cost you about 5-10€. However, as the island doesn't have many taxis, we would encourage you to share.
Yes! We want everyone to enjoy the celebration. Before the wedding, we’ll ask guests to let us know about any allergies or dietary preferences.
If you are staying in Ermoupoli, you can manage by foot, bus or taxi. If you choose accomodation outside of Ermoupoli, we would recommend renting a car or scooter in advance. Buses run from Ermoupoli to other parts of the island such Galissas and Finikas. Please check their timetables as they don't always pass that frequently. A one-way ticket costs 2€ and can be purchased inside the bus. It is a first-come-first-served policy; if there are no more seats, you can't get on the bus. Please note that it can be complicated to park in Ermoupoli. The main parking is at the end of the port.
The exact date to RSVP will be mentioned on our formal invitation. Please confirm your attendance to our wedding events by early February 2026.
