Please see 'travel' tab for hotel block info and flight ride share spreadsheet. Hotel rooms booked through our room block are fully refundable up to 7 days before your stay. We hope to organize some fun wedding weekend activities (e.g., hike, brewery, winery, etc.) Friday-Sunday, so if you are interested in exploring Colorado with us (or on your own), you may want to book extra nights in addition to Monday night (wedding night). Stay tuned for details!
We request formal attire. Think formal silhouettes with a summery twist—bright colors, light fabrics, and floral or playful patterns are perfect. Still unsure? See 'What should I wear' page. Please note that, weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors.
The hotels is ~40 minutes from the Denver airport, so we hope to coordinate ride shares amongst guests through this sheet (copy and paste into browser): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PCgRs5z_JXAYHMS2qw29ths8HTjWaIsOHTLpXeVPq1A/edit?usp=sharing The venue is a 6 minute drive from the Homewood Suites. We will provide shuttle service between the Manor House and Homewood suites. Ubers are also available in the area and the venue has parking spots.
We looooove your little ones! However, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, other than kids in our wedding party. We empathize with the need for overnight childcare, especially with a destination wedding, so if you are faced with bringing your kids or not coming at all, please reach out to us!

FUN FACTOID: Littleton, CO is ~5,397 ft above sea level - for scale, average elevation is 19 ft in Boston, 80 ft in Orlando, 580 ft in Chicago, and 1,200 ft in Wichita. This means that with the exception of 4 lucky guests (shoutout to Grace/Brad and Sierra/Adam), EVERYONE's lungs will be working a little overtime upon arrival in CO. At higher elevations there’s less oxygen in the air, which means your body may protest with headaches, dizziness, nausea, and fatigue as you adjust. One of the main culprits of these symptoms is dehydration - breathing more rapidly leads to increased water loss through respiration. Therefore IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL TO REMAIN HYDRATED LEADING UP TO AND DURING YOUR STAY IN COLORADO!!!!!! Altitude sickness is a real thing and we want everyone to be in tip-top shape to enjoy the weekend and boogie the night away. Some additional tips to prepare for / manage altitude adjustment: 1. If possible, arrive a day or two before Monday to acclimate. We have plenty of activity recommendations so that you're not twiddling your thumbs - see 'Things to do' page. 2. Limit caffeine and alcohol as you adjust (both can dehydrate you). Also, please be aware that the effects of alcohol will be multiplied, so pace yourselves at the bar! 3. Gradually increase activity levels and listen to your body!! For once you don't have to blame heavy breathing on being out of shape... 4. I will re-emphasize HYDRATION. This is a necessity and not a recommendation!!!! As someone who typically averages a drop of water a day, I set hourly reminders/alarms to drink water a week in advance. Add electrolytes and eat potassium-rich foods (e.g., bananas). 5. Can consider canned O2, electrolyte IVs, or medications (e.g., prescribed Acetazolamide). Please reach out with any questions. If you follow these suggestions, you'll be just fine! Can't wait to see your healthy hydrated faces soon!
