Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony is at 3pm under the willow tree. Arrive anytime after 2pm to walk around and have a refreshing drink Please be seated before 3pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. You park in the field to the left as you drive in. There will be signs and someone directing parking There are also people camping in the field. We will have a designated camping area but watch out for tents

Where do we camp on the property?

Answer

There is a large open field in front of the barn as you drive in. You can camp anywhere in there. There will be signs. No electrical hook ups available You have access to a clean porta potty. We can overwhelm the septic if everyone is using the house. But there will be access to the inside bathrooms if you need them.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to us regarding any special food allergies or requests. Dinner is buffet style and will be vegetarian options.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal. Colorful and fun like us! The venue is a cattle ranch with a lot of antique furniture and decor. So bring out your western vintage flare if you feel inspired. And wear shoes that you are comfortable walking in as you will be mostly on grass. Or take your shoes off ;) Bring layers in might get pretty cold at night as low as the 50s F

70s-80s during the day Low of 50 at night (hopefully not colder but it could drop) Bring layers Hopefully no rain but we will update you by email if the weather looks wet Thoughts and prayers for no smoke

What kind of food will there be on Saturday

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour after the ceremony with a grazing table and drinks starting at 5pm And then dinner will be a farm to table style dinner by a local chef at 6pm Followed by cake and coffee at 8pm And late night take and bake pizzas
