Answer

The ceremony will start at 5 pm, so we recommend you arrive at the garden no later than 4:30 pm.

Answer

Yes, there is lots of parking available at Maymont. We recommend you park at the nature center lot and walk through the estate to the garden (5-10 min). If you need to be closer to the ceremony and can't walk up hills in the estate, you can park at the side lot closest to the Italian Garden and move your car after the ceremony to be closer to the reception. The two parking lots are only 2 minutes apart by car, but the estate will be closed by the time the party stops so you won't be able to walk back through, so plan accordingly.

As vegans with gluten free and allergy ridden friends, we are doing our best to make sure we have good options for all! Richmond also has many wonderful restaurants if we miss the mark, and we've put some recommendations in "Things to Do."
