We hope you understand our decision to make the wedding day an adults-only celebration. If child care is needed for the wedding day, our venue recommends local company, Snappy Sitters. You can find more information about them at www.snappysitters.com or by calling 541-419-0997. Please note: Children ARE welcome to join us for the Welcome Drinks + Saturday River Float - if you plan on bringing your children to these please add a note to your RSVP so we have a proper head count.
Welcome Party (8/20) - Resort Casual: For men think golf polos, slacks or chinos, and for women, sundresses or sets. Wedding Day (8/21) | Formal: Think full-length or tea-length dresses and suits (any color) with ties. If you want to lean into the Garden Party vibe with bright colors or floral prints, please do! It’s totally optional, but we’d love to see your favorite "summertime" colors. Please note that the ceremony will be held on the grass lawn so plan accordingly with your shoe selection. Please check the weather and dress accordingly.

As a part of your accommodation at Sunriver Resort there are shuttles available - please call the hotel for more details.
Sunriver Resort is a large property - please ensure to verify that your vacation rental is located within a convenient distance from the main resort (the Great Hall is a good reference point). A safe bet to be close to the wedding day action & central at the resort is staying in the Tennis Village. Otherwise, the resort can help confirm for you the best selections if you call them directly at 800-547-3922 and note the Babigian-Carr wedding.
Yes! There is a large parking lot outside of the Great Hall building that can be used for the ceremony and reception (or during your stay). If you will be driving, please arrange to have a designated driver as uber/lyft/taxi will be hard to come by in Sunriver. You can also use the Sunriver Resort shuttle 24/7.
Yes, please let us know about your dietary restrictions when you RSVP on our website and we will ensure these are passed along to the kitchen.
