Where should I stay?

Answer

I’d recommend finding a bed and breakfast or AirBnb in Sintra. If you’re planning to spend most of your time in Lisbon, I’d recommend getting a rental car at least for driving to and from the ceremony.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

It is officially black tie optional! Definitely bring flats or a chunky heel because we will be in a garden. Let your creativity flow and soak up inspiration from the surroundings at Valverde Sintra.

What types of clothing should I bring?

Answer

Bring layers and a mix of formal and upscale casual wear. The hills of Sintra are steep and it often rains in the late morning, so walking shoes that can get wet would be a great idea along with a light wind breaker, long sleeves, a cozy sweater, and lighter clothing for warmer afternoons.
