See nature, have an adventure! The world is your oyster!

Check out the restaurant on the pier at Lower Sardine Lake if you want to have an upper class experience. You may need to make a reservation.

Anywhere in Downieville or Sierra City. Small towns with friendly locals and great restaurants. Pop in to Saint Charles for a beer and a host of interesting local characters!

Other than that, find a trail and hike it! I recommend hiking to Upper Sardine Lake unless you have a really good four wheel drive vehicle. OR if you are really adventurous, journey all the way up to the look out at the very top of the Sierra Buttes!
