Visa requirement

It is unlikely that you would require a visa to enter Thailand, but please do check beforehand if you need a visa-on-arrival before entry into Thailand here. A visa-on-arrival normally costs 2,000 Thai Baht (about USD 60), to be paid in cash in the Baht currency. Click "view" below to check if you would need to obtain a visa.

Duration of travel

It is highly recommended to stay at Koh Samui and utilise this trip as a holiday getaway for at least 3-4 days. We arrive Koh Samui 6 days before the wedding day with our families so please let us know if you are in Koh Samui as well and we could meet up for food / drinks.

Hotel

Hyatt Regency Koh Samui

The wedding venue will be at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, North Chaweng which is 8 minutes from the Koh Samui Airport, we recommend you to stay at Chaweng area as this is the closest town to the wedding venue. We will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from 2nd-4th February.

Pre wedding evening

We will be having a pre-wedding celebration drinks + tapas as all guests have travelled a long way, we want to spend some time with everyone before the wedding day. Location : The Tent Beachfront Restaurant and Bar, Koh Samui. Time : 4.00pm to 7.00pm
