5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Guests will be guided from the parking lot into the outdoor patio space. Here you can briefly mix and mingle with other guests or take this time to use the restroom or quench your thirst with complimentary herb and citrus infused water before the ceremony begins. Our wedding planner and fellow attendants will usher guests to seating in preparation for the start of the ceremony which begins at 5:30pm.
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Bring your party shoes, but please leave the littles at home! Our wedding has been planned as a child-free event and is Semi-Formal in attire. We will exchange our nuptials on the outdoor lawn adjacent to the Sunroom where our reception will later take place. Think of this as a fun evening to dress up in what makes you feel your best self! Ladies, if you wish, spare your stilettos and opt for wedges, flats, or sandals!
Your RSVP for this event will include Cocktail Hour and Dinner & Dancing attendance.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Live Oak Eats will serve a variety of delicious small bites during Cocktail Hour on the patio. We’re certain you’ll find something that intrigues and satisfies your taste buds! Servers will walk around and pass out small bites so be sure to try one of everything! We will have an open bar offering assorted wines, beers, cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
7:15 pm - 10:45 pm
Seating for dinner will begin at 7:15pm. Live Oak Eats will cater an amazing spread of southern fare to include BBQ Chicken Quarters, Pulled Pork, and Crab Cakes. After dinner, there will be a quick cake cutting ceremony/toasts and then an evening devoted to socializing, dancing, singing, etc. We will have our official send-off at 10:45pm!
