What is the address of the venue?
Answer
236 Deer Springs Rd, San Marcos, CA 92069. There is another nearby venue "Weddings at Twin Oaks Golf Course." This is NOT our venue. Please type in the address listed above into your GPS system!
Question
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
We strongly encourage arrival by 4:00 PM. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We anticipate weekend traffic. Please check local traffic and allow plenty of time for safe travel!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, cocktail-formal attire. We are dressing up for our big day and kindly request our guests dress up too! Gentlemen, we encourage a jacket and tie or a traditional suit. A tuxedo is not required. Women, we encourage a floor-length dress or midi-length cocktail dress. We kindly request all guests refrain from wearing white or any shade of white. Gentlemen, a white/shade of white button down shirt is acceptable.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! If you plan to enjoy the open bar, please ensure you arrange for a safe ride home.
Question
Will your wedding be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The entire wedding event will take place outdoors. The dinner reception will be held in a tent that may be heated. Please check the local weather and dress accordingly.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location and parking is available on-site. You may leave your vehicle overnight, however it must be picked up from the venue by 12 PM the following day.

May I take photos & videos during the wedding ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask you to keep all phones, cameras, and recording devices away and silenced during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. We have an incredible photographer & videographer to capture our special day! Media will be shared following the event.

May I bring a guest?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
