Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators. Please no jeans or polo t-shirts. Our venue has a mix of gravel walkways, concrete paths, and grassy areas, so plan your shoes accordingly. And dont forget your sunscreen!
Our venue is outdoors with a covered pavilion for dinner & reception. Colorado in August is usually hot in the early afternoon (around 85-100) and cools down in the evening (60s-70s). It’s very common to experience an intense, 20 minute afternoon thunderstorm in Colorado Springs, so come prepared with a rain jacket or umbrella! And don’t forget your sunscreen for that intense, high-altitude sun!
We have chosen not to block rooms for our guests due to the availability of hotels and short term rentals in Colorado Springs. If you would like any recommendations, please visit our travel page on our website! To our knowledge, there are not any major events happening in downtown Colorado Springs that should prevent you from being able to book a room, but as with all travel, please consider booking well ahead of time!
The bar and caterer will be waiting to serve you at cocktail hour! Head to the bar and catering area to get the night started while the wedding party takes some photos!
We respectfully request that you do not take photos of our ceremony and remain unplugged and present during this very special moment. However, we can’t wait to see what debauchery you capture during the reception. Snap away! Please DO NOT post pictures to social media until the bride & groom have begun to do so. Thanks!
We will not provide transportation to or from the venue. The venue does have parking on site, and guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight if needed. Uber & Lyft are readily available in Colorado Springs. The venue closes their gates at 11:00p and opens again at 9:00a. Please plan accordingly if you need your car earlier than 9:00a the morning after! We would happily consider setting up a carpool sign up so that you can drive together or split the cost of a rideshare for anyone staying in the same hotel or close-by to each other!
Aside from our rehearsal dinner, which will have a limited guest list, we will not be hosting any events prior to or after the wedding day. Our wedding is the main event!

We are opting into a a partially-hosted bar. We will contribute a certain amount towards drinks, and after that amount is reached, it will become a cash bar. If you’re planning on having more than a couple drinks, please bring some form of payment! Our venue accepts both cash & card. A HUGE NOTE: We get it. Some may not want to pay for additional drinks and might try to bring along a little somethin’ in your purse to keep the night going. Some of you may want to celebrate with other things besides alcohol. Outside alcohol or any other substance, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited at our venue. We will be charged $1,000 if guests are found bringing in outside alcohol or substances. So please, leave your shooters (and other stuff) at home. We really appreciate it. :)
We have included your kiddos on our RSVPs. You are welcome to bring them to celebrate! We will not be providing childcare at our venue. PLEASE NOTE: There is a large cactus garden at the back of the property. It is a separate section of the venue and will be roped off. The venue has asked us to remind parents that this is a no kid zone. Please keep your kiddo from turning into a human porcupine.
When we imagined our wedding, we wanted a beautiful event where our friends and family could be with us celebrate our marriage. We also wanted an EPIC party where our people could let LOOSE! The Adult Swim hour will include music that is likely not child-appropriate and may have vulgar/abrupt language or topics. Please plan accordingly.
If you did not receive a plus one on your invitation, please do not bring along unexpected guests. Our venue has a limited capacity and we only planned for you!
Unfortunately, we will not be live streaming our wedding. If you are unable to attend, you will be missed and we will feel you there in spirit!
Unfortunately, it’s not great accessibility wise. Lots of gravel. If you do need assistance, there are two golf carts on site that staff will use to get you around. Please let us know if you require this service!
