Flight

Aeropuerto Internacional José María Córdova (MDE)

Almost all international airports have flights to Medellin. Several trusted airlines fly there such as Avianca, American Airlines, Jetblue, United, and Viva Air (budget airline but very reliable). To get to your hotel/lodging we recommend using Uber or coordinating a private transport service with your hotel.

Donde Alojarse / Where to Stay

There are plenty of options in the area! The cocktail location is about 15 min from Medellin, and 40 min from Llanogrande, and the wedding location is about 25 minutes from Medellin and about 45 minutes from Llanogrande. If you choose to stay at an Airbnb or at a hotel not mentioned below, please let us know! La locación del coctel queda a 15 min de Medellin y a 40 min de Llanogrande. La locación del matrimonio queda a 25 minutos de Medellin y a 45 minutos de Llanogrande. Si deciden alojarse en un Airbnb o en un hotel distinto a los incluidos, por favor déjennos saber!

Transportation / Transporte

Outside of the arranged transportation to and from wedding weekend events, we would suggest taking Ubers rather than a taxi (as they are generally more reliable and fares are more consistent). The airport is a 35-minute drive to Medellin or a 10-minute drive to Llanogrande. Fuera del transporte organizado hacia y desde los eventos de fin de semana, les sugerimos pedir Ubers en lugar de taxis (ya que generalmente son más confiables y las tarifas son más consistentes). El aeropuerto queda a 35 minutos de la cuidad de Medellin y a 10 minutos de Llanogrande.

Airbnb is always a great option when it comes to lodging. There are several great finds both in Medellin and Llanogrande. If you are a large group, you could rent a "finca" in Llanogrande. If you prefer staying in Medellin, we would recommend looking in the areas of "El Poblado," "La Provenza," or "La Diez" for lodging. Please note that if you opt for a finca in Llanogrande, you will likely need to hire private transport for the weekend. Contact us directly if you'd like more details.
